Covering is a satirical concept created for Deceit, an art project about the patterns of manipulation in institutional technology. There is no real church product behind this page. Nothing entered on this site — signup, checkout, or the chat widget — is stored or sent anywhere outside this browser tab.

Every member must have a "covering" (a pastor or elder who is "over them"). the covering has access to the member's formation record, location, and "spiritual decisions." leaving the covering is flagged as "leaving your covering." jake built this because he believes "covering is biblical." jake read Hebrews 13:17. jake forgot that the verse says "watch over" not "watch." jake built a surveillance hierarchy and called it "covering." the covering is the cage. jake is sincere. jake is wrong.
